We offer a practical, results driven space planning and interior design service with all the required legislation. We offer: Interior Architecture: Spatial design & CAD drawing, shopfront design & exterior design, way-finding & signage, fittings & fixtures, kitchens & bathrooms, bespoke furniture, building regulations, planning permission.

How We Do It

We carry a lot of expertise, but we don’t take anything for granted - Every project is unique, and we start with a blank canvas. The process occurs in stages, starting with an initial complimentary meeting to understand your needs. After agreeing the scope of work and related fees, we will start with the brief analysis and moodboards. When this is agreed, detailed drawings are produced and all items specified. Next, the works are priced and any local authority applications submitted. You can expect to wait anything from 1 week to 4 weeks for pricing depending on the size of your project. Local authority applications tend to take 8 weeks regardless of size. Following this the design may need to undergo a cost engineering exercise. Once all is agreed the works can start on site..
