A 4 storey Victorian terrace house; previously split into two maisonettes and offered as student let. The new design looked to restore the natural proportions and character of the building, bringing back architectural features whilst remaining true to the buildings architecture. The internal structure was demolished and the building was restored adding modern interventions such as insulation, double glazing and under floor heating. A bespoke kitchen, AGA, traditional style radiators, tiled floors, a traditional colour palette and a rooftop garden have transformed this student accommodation into a beautiful family home. Â The basement floor, whilst connected to the upper floors via a contemporary oak staircase is also a self contained unit allowing for future rental or for a family member or friend to visit but live independently.
