The Lord Crewe Arms combines a trio of listed medieval buildings located in the heart of the Blanchland, an unspoilt and picturesque landscape near the Derwent River. Popular with walkers, shooting parties & loved by the locals. Previously a run down hotel & pub, the buildings are undergoing substantial restoration & refurbishment to become part of Calcot Hotels. The project is headed up by Notting Hill Interior Designer Nicky Farquhar, working with architect Christopher Reed and interior architect Room 33. The project is on site and due for completion in early 2014.
